About Me

I am the Dental Hygienist at El Dorado Dental. I received my instruction at the University of New Mexico and tested for the state license in 1969. I have maintained the continuing education requirements and more since that time. We change our expectations and information based on the latest science in the hygiene field in order to provide the best care for our clientele. Currently the office hygiene department offers anesthesia, ultrasonic, prophy jet, laser and microbial testing for pathological bacteria. Home care instruction is the basis of health for not only the mouth but the whole body. Infections in the mouth can contribute to heart disease, diabetes, respiratory problems, arthritis, Alzheimer’s, pancreatic cancer, and infections throughout the body.
