The qualifications for our loyalty program are:
- At least a patient of record for one year and 2 cleanings done at the office
- You must also have booked your next hygiene appointment
The loyalty fees will kick in on your 3rd cleaning. The loyalty offers a 20% discount off our regular cash fees.
