Hello my name is Amanda, I have been in the dental field for 8yrs. I just recently got onboard with Dr. Haley Ritchey and the wonderful team with El Dorado Dental. I look forward to working with the team. My main goal is to have all the patients feel welcome and comfortable when they come into the office.
Abby was born in Chicago, IL, and raised in Las Vegas, NV. She graduated from hygiene school in 2017 in Salt Lake City, UT. She worked in private practice for 2 years and then was employed for 4 wonderful years at Hill Air Force Base where she met her husband, Cory. With this marriage, she gained an awesome bonus son, Shawn. Abby and Cory have two fur babes, Luna and Narcissa. Fair warning: Abby is quite obsessed with them and will talk about them any chance she gets!
She is very passionate about creating a fun and comfortable, yet informative experience in the dental chair. She communicates with patients in a manner that sets their mind at ease when in her care.
In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, napping, and finding all the best places for carbs, açaí bowls and desserts.

My Name is Roxann Woodward, I enjoy my position as a Registered Dental Hygienist here at Eldorado Dental.
I have been in the dental field since 1995. My hometown is Romeo, Michigan. Romeo is a historic area with Victorian era homes and a lot of “hometown” traditions. My dental studies were done at a private school, Baker College in Port Huron, Michigan. My family consists of my husband and four children, ranging from ages of 30 down to 10 years old. I adore each of them very much. My personal goals are to continue to remain focused on improving health for myself, my family, and my patients while continuing to enjoy life each day! I love animals and currently we have a dog Maxx, (rescued from Roswell, NM shelter) he enjoys hiking in all the beautiful places New Mexico has to offer. One day I hope to teach and/or consult in the dental field.
I am passionate about oral health relating to overall health for every individual. I enjoy running and have conquered multiple full marathons and continue to run as I’m able. I also enjoy singing and playing piano, which I recently began doing in the past few years. I look forward to a long career with Eldorado Dental. Hello my name is Natalia and I am a certified dental assistant. I have been working for Dr. Haley Ritchey for over 13 years. I enjoy interacting with the patients and making them feel comfortable. I am really grateful to work with Dr. Ritchey who is such a highly educated dentist. My purpose is to help educate and deliver quality health care to the public.
I finished dental assisting school four years ago. I enjoy working in the dental field. I look forward to meeting and interacting with patients. My name is Shelley Hilliard and I live in Galisteo, NM. I am originally from San Antonio, Texas, but moved to this area in 1994. I received my degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Mexico in 1999. My goal is to provide every patient with the best care, based on the latest technologies available in the hygiene field. I am passionate about my career and feel fortunate to be part of such an innovative practice.
